MyRemotely.ai provides an AI-powered property management platform including automated leasing workflows, tenant identity verification, smart lock access control, and property monitoring services.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Smart Lock Hardware

Smart locks purchased through MyRemotely.ai are your property. If you cancel your subscription, the locks remain yours and continue to function as standalone devices. Platform-specific features (automated access codes, remote management) require an active subscription.

5. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly per property. You may cancel at any time. No annual contracts are required. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to violate fair housing laws, or to discriminate against any protected class. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our identity verification features complies with applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyRemotely.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to property damage, unauthorized access, or data loss.
